Price is 188 EUR per night including VAT and excluding Berlin City tax of 7.5% per person per night, excluding breakfast. 

Breakfast will be charged on consumption at 25 EUR.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
The credit card will not be charged in advance.
The reservation is guaranteed after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and for the entire booked stay.

Payment Policy
Payment is due on site upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation or reduction of stay after this deadline, 80% of the agreed room rate per cancelled room and per night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80% of the agreed room rate per room and per night will be charged.
